This digital platform wants to give more importance to data in the management and urban planning. It offers a set of data from multiple sources and very specific indicators on the city of Yaounde and beyond. The exploitation of the data thus collected, homogenized or crossed makes it possible to have a readability in time of the different urban problems.

We start from a statement that our cities are experiencing a disorderly and anarchic evolution. SUPPORT (Private Agency for the Promotion of Town Planning and Informatics) provides solutions to the problems of development and urban planning, thereby regulating the availability of data. Its vocation is therefore the collection and sharing of data, the management of Territorial Big Data (BDT) and the urbanization of information systems. To this end, APPUI has set up a more emblematic tool called: YUSIIP (Yaounde\'s Platform for Integration and Interoperability of Urban Information Systems). It is an innovative initiative that aims to build a platform for data collection, processing and sharing to serve stakeholders in promoting the local economy. It is thus a digital platform gathering information from multiple and heterogeneous sources in a data warehouse. So if the ambition of APPUI, product of an intellectual research, is to support the cities and the Decentralized Territorial Communities (CTD) even the services of the State towards the digital transition and in the effective transition towards a territorial administration "Data-centric", YUSIIP is an agile way to ensure the availability of data that without them, the transformation of cities and the improvement of people's living conditions would be a utopia. For, a sustainable, resilient city is the driving force behind a country's development.
