Adolphe Ayissi Eteme
Doctor, PhD, in engineering science option computer engineering (information systems, databases, data warehouses), Adolphe Ayissi Eteme develops a scientific career at the IUT (University Institute of Technology) of the University of Ngaoundere, at the LAU (Urban Planning Laboratory) of the ENSP (National Polytechnic School) of Yaoundé, LORIA (Lorrain Laboratory of Research in Computer Science and Applications) in Nancy in France and at the DITE (Computer Science and Educational Technologies Department) of ENS (Ecole Normale Supérieure) in Yaoundé, Cameroon. His work focuses on the study of the integration mechanisms of heterogeneous information systems in order to help decision-making in the field of urban development, in a context of African cities characterized by a lack of resources, a dialogue insufficient between the various stakeholders, information scattered and not always reliable. He has devoted these last years to the construction of YUSIIP and the birth of APPUI of which he is the Founder.
Lionelle ADJIMI ADAMOU

Laya Cyrille FAISALSOU BALAM
Young Engineer in Computer Science Software Engineering option from the National Polytechnic School of Maroua, Cyrille Balam as his friends call him, is a young open-minded and has a sense of initiative and creativity. Co-founder and CEO of Startup Nanotech Solutions, this young technology enthusiast is an expert in technical development and web design. He is currently studying Network Engineering at the University of Versailles in France.
Bomba Noah Serge Patrick
Graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique in Information Systems and Communication Security, Certified Linux, teacher at SUP'PTIC (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Postes, Telecommunication and Information and Communication Technologies), trainer at the AUF (University Agency of La Francophonie) and Executive at the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation.
Cyrille Mbomo Ndomo
