Late FINEX CEO recommends endurance for young people wishing to enter the business world

“I receive a lot of students. What I see is that Cameroonian youth are sometimes in a hurry. It is true that we ask to be daring, we must encourage them to do so, but above all we need a culture of endurance. Help the child understand that success comes after effort. I would like to attract the attention of young people not to get lost too much, to focus on their future. It is always said that the youth are the spearhead of the Nation, but until the youth focus on the essentials, turning their backs on these politically confusing elders, Cameroon will not move forward. I'll tell you, every time I bring my Chinese and Turkish partners, they tend to want to stay here. Youth must have the culture of endurance, know how to start from the bottom, and not believe that happiness is laid somewhere and we take it in turns to pick it up. Happiness is conceived, worked on, manufactured; and from nothing we discover the opportunities. In short, you have to accept to suffer, success always comes at the end of the effort ".
