The President of the Senate calls for the union of intelligences and forces for local development and peace in Cameroon
On April 19, 2023, at the closing ceremony of the full ordinary session of the Upper House of Parliament, on behalf of the third legislature, Mr. Marcel NIAT NJIFENJI, asked his colleagues to devote themselves more fully to the Decentralized Territorial Collectivities (CTD). As in the past, and better than in the past, the new mandate will be devoted to serving the general interest, without distinction of political chapel. Together, we must rise to the challenges of emancipating the CTDs and ensuring peace in Cameroon. These entities must bring about the local development so desired by President Paul BIYA and the people of Cameroon. This call to unite intelligences and forces must be made alongside the Head of State. "We must act fairly and effectively, alongside him, to serve the Cameroonian people", said the President of the Senate.
