Paul BIYA: "A great African sage

The President of the Republic received this honorary distinction on August 14, 2023 in Yaoundé, during a ceremony organized by the Cameroon Communication Agency and the Cameroon Press Bosses Network, to mark the 15th anniversary of the signing of the document materializing the transfer of Cameroon's authority over the Bakassi Peninsula. A model of peaceful conflict resolution. The Minister of Communication (MINCOM) and government spokesman, René Emmanuel SADI, received the award on behalf of the Head of State.
