FEICOM - CAMWATER framework agreement: They said...

Awareness and information seminars will be organized for municipal executives in order to encourage them to adhere to this new framework agreement and new deal.

Mr. Philippe Camille AKOA, General Manager of FEICOM: "We believe that with the implementation of this agreement, the quality of service that will be delivered to our fellow citizens in the municipalities will be of better quality.
Mr. Blaise MOUSSA, General Manager of CAMWATER: "We will enable the communes to take charge of their own affairs (...) CAMWATER will bring its technical expertise either as an executing agent (project management), or carry out the work in joint venture or in partnership with the municipalities which will retain the ownership in accordance with the CTD Code".

This justifies the involvement of the Association of Municipalities and Cities of Cameroon (CVUC), its regional and departmental groupings and the Association of Regions of Cameroon.
