There are cases of outbidding at all levels: good and bad in the capital city. It happens sometimes that the tenant, in his place of residence, arranges space to feel in the best conditions, the owner comes unscrupulously to increase the rent. These inconveniences among which we also find the requirements that are subject to the one who wants to become a tenant, such as paying several months of rent and bonds. All this without the owner paying taxes to the state for his activity. Indeed, they are illegal practices. It goes without household to ask the question on which bases are fixed prices. The arguments among many others are everywhere: the presence of a barrier, apartment synonymous with security, parking, modernity (floor tiles, etc ..) These cases are they not scams that are the victims tenants in the capital city? It is therefore urgent for the state to regulate this sector of activity. This to the extent that the real estate heritage, understood as all real estate possessed by economic agents, represents 60 to 70% of the non-financial assets of the entire economy, also the explosion of rents without official explanation .
