Grievances against these health centers are numerous. Some operate illegally and interventions beyond their capabilities, often at the risk and peril of their users. Beyond this, there is the absence of a qualified staff, a questionable hygiene, exercise without administrative authorization. Indeed, small health centers located in the popular neighborhoods abound in the Cameroonian cities, thus becoming unavoidable. This 02/08/2019 was marked by the visit of Minsanté Manaouda Malachie, in order to sensitize the promoters of these health centers to comply with the standard. But the minister was forced to crack down on some. Thus, the Cabinet of health and sustainable development services located in the district Biyem-Assi Jouvence at the place "Downhill Sparrowhawk" and that of the Maturity Health Center in Damase "Pink House" paid the costs. While one is supposed to provide primary care to the sick, he is at the same time hospitalized. Also, the promoter has a well-stocked pharmacy space and the "chief doctor" is not registered with the National Order of Doctors of Cameroon. The second center, in addition to the primary care it is authorized to perform, delivers deliveries, caesareans and other procedures beyond its capacity. Of the two cases, no one has an appropriate technical platform. Thus, the verdict is without appeal: please put the key under the doormat. The concern is to bring care closer to the people, but there are a number of rules to follow. It was the same for 4 others where the report is virtually the same.
