Thanks to the progress of processing units and the massive increase in data resulting from Cloud Computing, artificial intelligence will lead to further progress in urban management, digital business management, health, robotics, etc. The stakes are high and challenge our public authorities:

• the development of the digital economy;
• digital governance (democracy, transparency, traceability, equity, neutrality, etc.);
• the dematerialization of all the actions of public administrations and decentralized local authorities;
• the security of people, networks and relevant and / or strategic applications;
• the data problem;
• the development of techniques, algorithms and the promotion of programming;
• reaffirmation of principles and values.
