Construction of municipal housing estates: CFC to open a third credit line of 30 billion FCFA view of the Ministry of Water and Energy in Yaoundé (MINEE)

Following approval by the Board of Directors of Crédit Foncier du Cameroun (CFC), the funds from this third line of credit will be made available to the Fonds spécial d'Equipement et d'Intervention Intercommunale (FEICOM) for a period of 05 years.

  •     The details were given by CFC Deputy General Manager Jean-Calvin TJONOG, at the opening of the 3rd edition of the Journées de l'urbanisme et de la construction de Douala (JUD), on June 10, 2025 in Douala.
  •     As a reminder, it all began in 2020 with the opening of an initial line of 10 billion FCFA, thanks to a partnership between the CFC, FEICOM and the Association des Communes et Villes Unies du Cameroun (CVUC). The operation enabled the construction of 594 housing units in 24 communes.
  •     Until 2024, the PCCM has secured a second line of credit of almost 30 billion FCFA for a total of 1,500 housing units built in 87 communes.Construction of municipal housing estates: CFC to open a third line of credit of 30 billion FCFAA view of the Ministry of Water and Energy in Yaoundé (MINEE)
