Modernization of workforce and pay management: AIGLE takes off
Since January 1, 2025, Cameroon's Application Informatique de Gestion Logique des Effectifs et de la Solde (AIGLE) has become the new digital platform for managing human resources and payroll for civil servants. According to the Minister for the Civil Service and Administrative Reform, Joseph ANDERSON LE, after three months of operation, 2,49498 civil servants have seen their files, mainly for promotion, processed promptly. The majority of these files were previously held up by red tape.
