Road construction: The CUY is to release 800 million FCFA to compensate residents in Yaoundé 5 and 7
The announcement was made by the Mayor of the city, Luc MESSI ATANGANA, at the end of the Yaoundé Urban Community (CUY) Community Council meeting on 27 September at City Hall, which was devoted to the budget orientation debate with a view to drawing up the institution's draft budget for the 2024 financial year. "We had to include this compensation in our budget so that these people could be served very quickly, and so that the work could continue without obstacles because the people were waiting for this compensation", he declared.
