Plastic waste: 244,469 tonnes collected in one month in Yaoundé, Douala, Nkongsamba, Garoua and Limbé by 820 young people
The initiative led by Red-Plast, an industrial plastic waste recycling company in Cameroon, further notes that recycling paths are being considered in the future with a view to the empowerment of these young people through the manufacture of industrial paving stones and domestic for flooring and road construction.
