With the acceleration of decentralization, the Decentralized Territorial Collectivities (CTDs) find themselves on the front line to organize and support the political, economic and social development of their territory. At the political level, it is a matter of doing everything to involve the populations and community associations in the activities of the municipalities or regions. For this, the elected representatives of the people undertake contact tours in order to identify the problems and urgent needs of their fellow citizens. The data thus collected will help update the Annual Development Plan. From an economic point of view, it is advisable to set up small units for processing local products or to attract businesses and / or other organizations to the territory. Given that the financing circuits to help economic actors seem complex to activate. At the social level, the initiation or revival of cultural and sporting activities is required. They could lead to mixing between the stakeholders in local development. Building up WhatsApp groups can help create the necessary dynamics.
