FEICOM was established by Law No. 74/23 of 05 December 1974. Its head office is located in the Minboman district in Yaounde. It is the bank of municipalities, entities that bring citizens closer to the administration. It is a now mature structure and the institution draws most of its resources from the Additional Municipal Centimes (CAC) and the plural resources (products of the licenses, the patents, the parking fees, the taxes on the property ownership, the rights of real estate transfers grants and rebates granted by the State, loans, etc.). Its action is becoming more dynamic and plural. In short, the benefits of the actions of FEICOM are visible every day, for the improvement of the living environment of the populations.
